Consists of four residential buildings identified as the property of the American Suspender Co. (#2934) on an 1874 map of the area. The mill is located immediately over the town line in Watertown, however, the four houses are all currently located within the city of Waterbury. They consist of four nearly identical one-and-a-half-story single-family wood-frame vernacular structures with front-facing gable roofs and include 1769 Watertown Avenue and 108, 116, and 122 Rosette Street.
