Brief Description
Consists of eight residential buildings identified as the property of the Andrew Terry Co. (#2323) on an 1874 map of the area. They are located along School Street just north of Kearney Street and along South Riverside Drive just west of the mill. The School Street residences consist of a row of four one-and-a-half-story single-family wood-frame vernacular structures with side-gabled roofs on the east side of School Street and three two-story single-family wood-frame vernacular structures with side-gabled roofs on the west side of School Street. The house on South Riverside Drive is located west of the mill at 71 South Riverside Drive and is a one-and-a-half-story single-family wood-frame vernacular structure with a side-gabled roof.
