Brief Description
Associated with the Atlantic Duck Co. Consists of at least three single- and multi-family wood-frame houses located along Falls Road, both 500’ east and 175’ southwest of its intersection with Andrews Road. These include 112, 122, and 124 Falls Road, which were all identified as being the property of the Atlantic Duck Co. on an 1874 map of East Haddam. Of particular note are the two nearly identical Federal-style duplexes located at 122 and 124 Falls Road. Additional housing in the area was likely also associated with the mill, however, later maps do not identify ownership of residential buildings.
