Factory (#438) at 50-60 Maple Street, and a company-built vernacular-style tenant house and Tudor Revival-style apartment building located at 606 and 611-627 Main Street, respectively. Additional working class housing can be found throughout the area, however, this has not been specifically attributed to the Malleable Iron Fittings Co. or numerous other industrial plants located within the historic district’s boundaries.
