Three.
Mid 19th c.
Associated with the Clinton Mills Co. mill (#3235). Includes three of approximately 12 wood-frame single-family houses identified as the property of the Clinton Mills Co. on an 1868 map of the area. The three surviving residences are of a nearly identical side-gambrel design with three-bay facades. A fourth building located east of the houses near the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Wawecus Street was also owned by the company yet appears to be a barn that was later converted for residential use.
