Brief Description

Associated with the Dayville Mills (#3026). Includes a variety of single- and multi-family wood frame houses on the Hartford Pike, Sayles Avenue, Upper Maple Road, and Railroad Avenue. Of particular note are roughly 14 nearly identical duplexes near and north of Sayles Avenue’s intersection with the Hartford Pike, and roughly 12 nearly identical front-gabled single-family residences located near and north of Upper Maple Road’s intersection with the Hartford Pike.
