Mid 19th c.
Consists of one residential building identified as a boarding house owned by G.T. Murdock, proprietor of the Fabyan Woolen Mill, on an 1869 map of the area. The building is a two-story red brick Georgian style residence located at 572 Fabyan Road. Additional housing located in the vicinity may also have been associated with the mill, however, further research is needed to confirm this fact. Two buildings located at the southeast corner of Fabyan and Parker Roads are identified as tenement houses owned by G.T. Murdock, however, these are no longer extant.
