Includes 22 stone or wood-frame single- and multi-family residences located along Fitchville, Horseshoe, Stockhouse, and River Roads. Of particular note are ten nearly identical wood-frame duplexes with side-gabled roofs and prominent front-facing cross-gables on River and Horseshoe Roads, three nearly identical wood-frame duplexes with side-gambrel roofs and prominent front-facing cross-gables on Fitchville Road, five nearly identical wood-frame duplexes with side-gabled roofs and attic-story windows on Fitchville Road, a stone residence on Stockhouse Road, and two wood-frame houses on Fitchville Road. The community also includes a stone church and a stone social hall, these located on Fitchville and River Roads, respectively.
