Consists of at least 14 multi-family wood-frame residences likely associated with the Floyd Cranska Co. mill (#3325). The houses are located southeast of the mill along River Street, Cranska Road, and Cranska Oaks Road. Particularly notable are a group of four duplex-style residences with side-gabled roofs and prominent front-facing cross gables located along River Street north of Cranska Road, three duplex-style residences with side-gambrel roofs and gabled dormers located along Cranska Oaks Road, and three duplex-style residences with side-gable roofs located along Cranska Road immediately south of River Street.
