Associated with the Granite Mill. Consists of the single-family wood-frame house at 9 North Moodus Road, which was erected by the Smith Mfg. Co., original builders of the Granite Mill. Additional residences along North Moodus Road were once associated with the mill however, these were demolished during the late 20th century.
