Consists of approximately 27 residential buildings associated with the Masonville/Grosvenordale Mills (#3069/#3066). The buildings include a mix of single-family, duplex, and multi-family residences built in the vicinity of and between the two mills. Several housing designs are replicated within the village, notable among these being the row of four two-story rubble masonry duplexes on Mason Terrace, the cluster of four two-story red brick duplexes on Riverside Drive near its intersection with Mason Terrace, and the row of ten one-and-a-half-story wood-frame duplexes with centered inset dormers on Riverside Drive near its intersection with Thompson Hill Road. There are also three large wood-frame boardinghouses, these located on Park Street, Riverside Drive, and Thatcher Road.
