Consists of six vernacular style residential buildings identified as the property of the former Metropolitan Washing Machine Co. on an 1874 map of the area. The mill has been demolished and the houses are somewhat scattered, however, they include the two former boarding houses at 43 and 49 High Street, the single-family residence at 7 Way Road, and the three single-family houses situated near the northwest corner of the intersection of Baileyville Road and Main Street (10 Baileyville Road and 527 and 529 Main Street).
