Included in the district are roughly 100 single- and multi-family residences located in the vicinity of the North Grosvenordale Mill (#3064) that were built by the company to house its workforce. They include residences on Buckley Hill Road, Riverside Drive, Floral Avenue, Holmes Street, Marshall Street, Central Street, Market Lane that were built between 1872 and 1910.
