Consists of three single- and multi-family residential buildings identified as the property of the Phoenix Co. on an 1869 map of the area. The houses are located south of the former mill site and consist of one two-story wood-frame single-family vernacular residence, and two one-and-a-half-story wood-frame vernacular duplexes. A fourth house identified as belonging to the company is no longer extant.
