Roughly 6.
Mid 19th to early 20th c.
Consists of six multi-family wood-frame residential buildings associated with or likely connected to the Phoenix Woolen Co. (#2827). Three of the houses (107, 113, and 114 Hydeville Road) appear to be listed as the property of the company on an 1869 map of the area, while the other three residences (292 East Street and 4 and 8 Satkowski Drive) are large buildings typical of mill-owned housing from the period and were likely erected by the Phoenix Woolen Co. during the late 19th and early 20th c. All of the buildings are duplex-style houses with the exception of 292 East Street, which is a four-family tenement.
