Consists of approximately fourteen residential buildings scattered along Jackson Street northeast of the former site of the Plymouth Woolen Co. mill that are identified as belonging to the company on an 1874 map of the area. Most of the residences consist of relatively small one-and-a-half-story single-family wood-frame vernacular structures (including 140, 150, 180, 187, 190, 193, 219, 229, 231, 235, 246, and 258 Jackson Street), however, the two-story Greek Revival style house at 220 Jackson Street and the highly detailed Italianate and Stick Style house at 170 Jackson Street were also associated with the firm at the time.
