Thirteen.
1872
Consists of thirteen multi-family wood-frame residential buildings situated in closely spaced rows along Mohegan and Powhatten Streets in the vicinity of the Powhatan Mill (#2682). The Powhatan Mill was built by M.S. Morse in 1872, and the associated housing was erected by Morse at the same time. The residences stand either one-and-a-half or two stories tall and house either two or four families, respectively. Two additional houses originally built by Morse along the west side of Powhatten Street have since been demolished.
