Three.
Mid 19th c.
Consists of three single-family wood-frame residential buildings listed as the property of the Home Mfg. Co. on an 1869 map of the area. The Home Mfg. Co. mill was acquired and then demolished by the Rawitser and Brothers Co. (#2826) in 1890, which then erected a new mill on the site. The three surviving residences are raised Cape Cod Cottage-style houses with corner pilasters, broad roofline entablatures with cornice returns, and side-gabled roofs. It is likely that the houses were acquired along with the mill in 1890.
