Consists of three residential buildings identified as the property of Sayles & Co., which operated a nearby twine mill (no longer extant), on an 1869 map of the area. The buildings include the two-story wood-frame Georgian style residence located at 464 Quaddick Road, the two-story wood-frame vernacular residence located at 447 Quaddick Road, and the two-story wood-frame vernacular residence located at 432 Quaddick Road. Additional housing located in the vicinity may also have been associated with the mill, however, further research is needed to confirm this fact. A company store and three additional houses located near Quaddick Road’s intersection with Townes Lane are identified as the property of Sayles & Co. on the 1869 map, however, these are no longer extant.
