Five.
Mid 19th c.
Consists of five single-family residential buildings identified as the property of the Union Hardware Co. (#2737) on an 1874 map of the area. The houses are located west of the mill on the south side of Migeon Avenue and consist of three wood-frame Stick style residences and two wood-frame Italianate style cottages. Four additional houses owned by the company are identified south of the mill on the 1874 map, however, these were demolished during several mid 20th c. expansion projects.
