Roughly 60.
Mid 19th through early 20th c.
Consists of a collection of roughly 60 multi-family residences located in the vicinity of the former site of the Union Mills (#3327). The earliest housing is located north of the mill site along Union Street and includes several one-and-a-half- and two-story duplexes with side gabled roofs that are identified as the property of the mill operators on an 1868 map of the area. Notable among these is a rubble-masonry residence, which is the only surviving example of four such houses formerly located on Union Street. Additional houses potentially associated with the mill consist of one- to two-story wood-frame duplexes located along South Main Street, Ward Lane, Vosler Drive, Aldrich Avenue, Talbot Avenue, and River Street.
