Associated with the Williamsville Mfg. Co. mill (#3030). Includes a variety of single- and multi-family wood frame houses on Boys Avenue, Slate Avenue, Litchfield Avenue, 1st Avenue, and 2nd Avenue. Notable among these are a mix of nearly identical duplexes and single-family Foursquare-style residences, which were erected as part of a development known as Goodyear Heights, after the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, which acquired the former Williamsville Mfg. Co. mill in 1912.
