At least three.
Mid-19th c.
Consists of at least three multi-family residential buildings identified as the property of the Windham Co. on an 1869 map of the area. The buildings include a pair of two-story wood-frame duplexes with side gabled roofs located on Vermont Drive, and a two-story stone rowhouse with a side-gabled roof found on Riverside Drive. Another two-story stone residence with a pitched roof located at the western terminus of Riverside Drive was also associated with the company, however, it appears to have originally been used as a storage warehouse and was converted for residential purposes at a later date.
