Includes the mill complex and housing formerly owned by and/or associated with the Falls Co. (#3225). The housing is located northwest of the mill complex along Yantic and Sherman Streets and consists of several single- and multi-family wood-frame houses, nine duplex-style wood-frame or red brick residences, and one six-unit, red brick rowhouse. Much of the housing, particularly the duplexes (which share a nearly identical design) and rowhouse, was almost certainly built by and owned by the Falls Co. or its predecessors, however, additional residences in the area may also have been built by or associated with the mill despite being of varying styles. CT Trust holds easement on brick and frame mill worker housing at 10, 12-14, 16-18 Sherman Street and 201-203, 205-207, 236-238, 237-247 Yantic Street.
