For description see National Register application: http://pdfhost.focus.nps.gov/docs/NRHP/Text/78002858.pdf and https://npgallery.nps.gov/pdfhost/docs/NRHP/Photos/78002858.pdf Florence Mill, brick 4-story and 128' x 51', has a slate-covered mansard roof with gambrel-roofed dormers. Projecting lintels and sills of brownstone frame the windows; the 6-story, pyramidal-roofed stair tower is highly stylized, with round-arched openings in its sixth floor, ocular windows in the fifth, and decorative brickwork throughout. A 4-story brick ell (106' x 50') dates to 1915; another brick wing (4-story, 132' x 49') in 1916 formed an open-ended courtyard between the three structures. (Roth)
