Architectural Description

The 4-story brick factory, 290' x 40', has a flat roof and segmentally arched windows with stone sills. At the center of its east wall a 50' long, 12' wide pavilion holds the stairs. A 1-story, 160' x 50' wing to the east held heat-treating departments, boilers, and a 250-horsepower Harris-Corliss steam engine. C.1900 New York Insulated Wire Co. built another factory onto the north end of the original building. The 4-story, 210' x 60' addition has similar roof, walls and windows to the earlier factory.
