Brief Description

Consists of three residential buildings identified as the property of the Wilsonville Mill (#3065) on an 1869 map of the area. The houses include the one-and-a-half-story wood-frame Cape Cod Cottage style duplex at 1394 Riverside Drive, the one-and-a-half-story wood-frame single-family Cape Cod Cottage style house at 1400 Riverside Drive, and the two-and-a-half-story wood-frame Second Empire style residence at 1420. Three additional houses located near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Wilsonville Road are identified as company tenements on the 1869 map, however, these are no longer extant.
